When Fundraising and Program Goals Clash: Webinar May 17th

May 5, 2011

At times, program goals can seem to run contrary to the goals of fundraising and securing donors.  Fund raising requires “selling” a program’s qualities to entice donors while the organizational focus urges a more delicate approach.  On May 17th, The Chronicle of Philanthropy presents a free online presentation entitled “When Fund-Raising and Program Goals Clash: Avoiding Discord Between Fund Raisers and Program Employees”.  Presenter Ned Breslin is chief executive officer of Water for People, an international development organization, and Lauren J. Hines is development director for the Council for Court Excellence, where she leads the organization’s fund-raising strategies.  The session is free to participate. Click here for more information!
